These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at getadport.com (the “Site”), operated by Adport (“Adport”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the marketing website only. Our advertising platform and any account at app.getadport.com, and any purchase of our products or services, are governed by separate agreements.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Use of the Site

When you submit information through our contact form or otherwise contact us, you grant us permission to use that information to respond to and follow up on your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit other people’s personal information without a lawful basis, and do not send us confidential or proprietary materials or unsolicited ideas that you expect us to keep confidential.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Adport regarding the Site.
